At the Retro Event we have two cosplay events - the Cosplay Competition, and the Cosplay Parade.

​

Everyone is welcome to join the Cosplay Parade. Just show up in costume, sign up and join the fun!

​

The Cosplay Competition requires a pre registration though the form here on our website.
This gives the judges more time to review reference materials and construction photos in advance, helping with fair and detailed scoring.
All pre-registered competitors who purchase an event ticket will be upgraded to VIP access at no extra cost, with exclusive 9:30AM entry (30 minutes before general admission). 

 

This gives you extra time to prepare, suit up, fix wigs, adjust armour, and get photo-ready before the crowds arrive.
Entries close June 5th, are limited, guarantee you a spot, and may close early depending on numbers.

We also have a Cosplay Repair & Hangout Room stocked with drinks and supplies available for you to use throughout the day.

Event Timeline:
9:30AM – VIP entry for pre-registered cosplayers
10:00AM – General entry
10:00AM – 11:30AM – Judging process
11:40AM – Cosplayers assemble
12:00PM – Cosplay Parade
1:00PM – Winners announced and prizes awarded
1:30PM – Group photos and wrap-up
